Shipping costs and delivery time

Of course, we pass on shipping costs directly to you without any surcharges; deliveries are always insured and carefully packaged.
Depending on the temperature, plants are only sent Monday to Thursday to ensure that they are not stored by the parcel carrier over the weekend.

You will be informed about the dispatch of the goods by E-mail including the tracking number for parcel tracking.

The shipping costs via the shipping service provider DHL are EUR 5.50 within Germany, the shipping time is usually 1-2 working days.

There are NO shipping costs within Germany for goods worth more than EUR 65.00.

The shipping costs by freight forwarder (individual shipping of bulky goods, e.g. aquariums and aquarium sets) are EUR 70.00 (within Germany).

4-7 working days
Northern Ireland, United Kingdom

The respective shipping costs will be displayed in the shopping cart depending on the item selection, quantity and country selection of the delivery address. All shipping costs include statutory VAT.

Information on calculating the delivery date:

The deadline for delivery begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution if payment is made in advance or on the day after the contract is concluded for other payment methods and ends at the end of the last day of the deadline. If the last day of the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, such a day will be replaced by the next working day.
