Rotala macrandra 'Narrow Leaf' is an upright growing stem plant that can form many side shoots as it grows larger.

This very narrow-leaved Rotala macrandra variant is significantly easier to care for than the broad-leaved normal form of Rotala macrandra, but requires approximately the same nutrient supply in the water such as nitrate 5-15 mg/L, phosphate 1-2 mg/L, iron fertilizer and if possible an addition of CO2.
