Cryptocoryne lutea Hobbit is one of the particularly easy-care water goblet species and comes from Sri Lanka. The new dwarf form "Hobbit" was isolated from a normal-growing population in the greenhouse and then selectively propagated. It continues to grow stably and permanently in this smaller, stocky form.

With a height of just a few centimeters, this water goblet is ideal for the smallest aquariums. In good lighting, the leaves turn an intense purple-brown color and form a beautiful contrast to other green foreground plants.
