Our "real" Rotala sp. Nanjenshan comes from Taiwan and grows very well in softer water. Stronger lighting and iron fertilization contribute to reddish leaf tips. We also recommend fertilizing with VIMI Solo K potassium supplementary fertilizer, which has proven to be very beneficial.

The Rotala sp. Nanjenshan is easy to trim and then often grows very bushy and slightly bent downwards, which offers a great contrast and beautiful design options; it is also very suitable for small aquariums.
