Talawa wood

The Talawa root wood is very different for each piece and always very expressive. The roots / branches are mostly completely light brown and blasted bare, but sometimes still have remains of bark, which makes them a special eye-catcher.

This wood is heavily branched, has a filigree structure and usually tends to move in a straight line towards one direction. It can be planted very well (use plants that remain small or moss) and also partially protrude from the aquascape above water.

sizes: S 25-35cm,  M 40-55cm, L 45-65cm

This wood also provides catfish and crabs in aquariums and aquascape with important fiber and releases valuable, natural humic substances. This gives the water a light amber tone, which really brings out the colors of the fish and invertebrates in the aquarium. If you do not want to have this effect in the aquarium, you should first filter through activated carbon and water the pieces well beforehand.

Talawa Wood is relatively light and will initially float, so these roots should be watered for some time or the pieces can be weighed down in the aquarium or aquascape.

Since it is a natural product, deviations are possible, each piece looks different. If possible, we will be happy to consider your wishes for a certain length or width.
