We can offer you some beautiful species or variants of Bucephalandra (family Araceae). These plants are endemic to the largest Malaysian island, Borneo. There are now more than 200 different types or variants known, which have not yet been determined in more detail and are therefore described with “trade names”.

The Bucephalandra sp. Sintang "silver shadow" has a compact rhizome and a partly upright habit. It produces wonderfully colored leaves with visible veins in light pink, beige, brown and olive tones. The edge of the leaf is slightly wavy.

The plants are quite robust and are best tied to root wood or stones.
