We can offer you some beautiful species or variants of Bucephalandra (family Araceae). These plants are endemic to the largest Malaysian island, Borneo. There are now more than 200 different types or variants known, which have not yet been determined in more detail and are therefore described with “trade names”.

Bucephalandra spec. Mini Needle Leaf has a rather flat growth habit and is one of the smallest of the genus with its very small leaves of only 2cm long and 3-5mm wide.

The edge of the leaf is usually slightly wavy, the top of the leaves is dark green to sometimes slightly reddish-brown (at the ends of the leaves).

You get this plant in a pot, of course with a healthy rhizome and several leaves. The plants are quite robust and easy to care for; they are best tied to root wood or stones.
